Sessions are 50 minutes, calm, structured, warm, and non-judgemental. We begin by building safety and clarity, then explore patterns, develop tools, and regularly review your progress. The intention is to create a supportive environment where you feel heard, understand your patterns, build emotional resilience, and develop confidence in your own decision-making.
